The CEOs

The Hound Station was born from my desire to leave the teaching profession and to follow my other dream and work with dogs. In September 2023, after leaving teaching, I started walking dogs while I waited for planning permission to be granted for the site I acquired for my dog daycare. This took much longer than I had anticipated but it gave me a great insight into walking dogs and dogs behaviour. Moreover, it allowed me to build a small and faithful client base. I have owned dogs throughout my adult life and they are the logo for The Hound Station - three Spaniels and a Doberman. Lola and Poppy, my current spaniels, who are the CEOs of the company but also my inspiration into what dogs need for a happy and satisfying life. I am hoping that you and your dog will join me on my adventure into developing an outstanding daycare centre for dogs where they are stimulated, nurtured, loved and encouraged to develop mentally and physically.
